Return and Refund
If you receive a faulty product or for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us and returned the item to us within 14 days of purchase.  All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us  within 7 days of the delivery of the order. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase.  Please contact us before returning any item. In all cases proof of purchase is required.
Zen United reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition. It is recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible if an item does not reach us. Once we receive the returned items in the described condition, we will make a full refund.
 
Shipping
If you're ordering from the UK your goods should be with you within a week or also. Goods  shipped outside the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Airmail (non tracking code provided) and should take around 7 - 14 days depending on your location. In all cases please allow up to a maximum of 28 days.
We aim to have stock available at all times. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email and confirm an estimated delivery time. We have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail depending on the size and value of the goods.
 
Cancellations 

Orders can only be cancelled if they are yet to be processed (usually within 24 hours.)
